Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor

I have been a Yoga Instructor for 7 years and Personal Trainer for 8 years, and my work with clients blends ancient practices with modern forms of fitness, taking a cyclical approach to tailor it to the needs of women.

Having suffered with an eating disorder in my teens, I then went on a healing journey which took me around the world, teaching and exploring different types of wellnesses practices which eventually brought me back in union with my body. In my 1-2-1 sessions I combine strength training with breath-work, stretching and meditation.

Iā€™m passionate about bringing joy to fitness with holistic personal training ā€“ your body should be an ally, not an enemy.
