From her background in professional dance and working within the performing Arts industry, Hannah has really developed a passion for movement and a healthy lifestyle.
Since being a child, she has embraced many physical challenges, and has an understanding of the pressures related to mental health around fitness. She brings this to each of her exercise sessions by supporting each person on their individual fitness journey and promoting self confidence along the way.
Hannah is a fully qualified level 3 PT, she is also currently working towards her qualification in Pre and Post natal fitness so she can continue to support women in all aspects of their life.
