What's included in the programme?

  • 2 x 30min video workouts for 12 weeks; sent straight to your inbox on Monday & Thursday.
  • Every other week join a live workout with Grace! But don’t worry if you can’t make it. It will be filmed and emailed to you to complete in your own time.
  • Every Saturday a step goal target for a weekend walk will be set and information about nutrition and motivation for post menopausal women will be emailed to you.
  • There’s a private Facebook community group to post questions and chat to other members to see how they are getting on.
