What's included in the programme?

2 x 30-minute video workouts every week (for 12 weeks)
Fresh sessions delivered straight to your inbox every Monday & Thursday – designed to build strength, improve balance, and keep you moving with confidence.

Weekly walking & wellness goals
Each Saturday you’ll receive a step target to motivate you for the weekend, along with easy-to-follow guidance on nutrition, healthy habits, and lifestyle tips designed specifically for post-menopausal women.

Ongoing support & accountability
Have a question or need a little motivation boost? You’ll have direct access to Grace for advice and encouragement whenever you need it
